Brian the carpet cleaner arrived on time and did an excellent job on our carpets!! Money paid for carpet cleaning only. So the above rating is based on our experience with the tile and grout cleaning. We waited 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled time of arrival, for the tile and grout cleaners to come. When they did arrive, we were told that because the tile had been waxed they could not do the cleaning. When I called the office the next day I was told by the man who originally took my order that he thought the flooring was ceramic and not tile, and said something about not having the right equipment. He took responsibility for the error, but didn't offer any solution. As stated on their website, "On Call Cleaning can make your tile look like new! After spending the afternoon before removing and clearing the areas to be "cleaned", it was disappointing to be told they were not able to do the work.

Athena has been cleaning my carpets for 20+ years and always does a wonderful job. Brian is polite and professional and I find their prices very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional work!

Brian did a great job on the berber carpets which are light tan. He arrived on time, set up the hoses, looked at the job and went to work.
The job took about three hours, results were great. The new resident was very pleased.

Brian has done work for us in some of the residences at Wheaton College and I have used his services in my own home as well.

They were very responsive and able to give us quotes for each piece of the job that we wanted, and then one whole discounted price if we did it altogether and on a weekday afternoon/evening.  Brian came out, walked through the place, explained how to prepare, and what we could expect from the various areas as well as stains and part is quite old carpet.  We decided to do the whole job due to the discount which saved us $100.
Brian called me on the afternoon of the cleaning to let me know that the guys were finishing up a job and would be a little late (about a half hour).  It wound up to be about 1.5 hours late due to traffic but the wait was worth it.  They apologized, went through the place together and I left for the day.  They locked up and shut off the lights when done, as instructed.
Two days later, Brian came out to see the work and find out if we were satisfied, which we were.  They got out coffee and food stains, as well as tracked in dirt.  He was pretty spot on as to what we could expect and the carpets look very good for as old as they are.  He said he would speak to the guys who were here about their late arrival.
Once he knew we were satisfied, he said he'd send out the invoice.
