I've had okay service from Allan Kitchens when we remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. They were generally okay, the contractor who did the construction was great. It took extra time to finalize a few details but that's because I created a few unique cabinets that had to be custom made. However, the plumber installed the wrong size flange for our toilet and didn't properly secure it. It cost me an $500 to have it fixed when it started leaking. I spoke to the receptionist several times and she took my name & information but never called back. I also asked to speak to the owners whom I was told were not there at the time, and they also failed to call back. When getting a quote in the beginning, the designer wouldn't give me a general price until I invested many hours picking out all of the exact cabinets, counter-top, etc. Several times she left me in the shop to pick out fixtures by myself while she ran off to another appointment. Be sure to shop around for such a costly endeavor!!

Choosing and designing the correct fixtures and cabinets to match our design went well. We went to the showroom and chose exactly what we wanted and he provided great attention to ensure we got what we wanted
The timing and delivery were a little slow, but we were very pleased with the result!
we love our kitchen!!
We have had a few issues with missing pieces or parts and it sometimes takes them a while to get back to us, but by the end, they are very helpful

My wife and I have lived in our home in Stoughton, Ma. for 35 years. We are the second owners and the house was not two years old when we bought it. It actually had a custom kitchen made from Farina of Holbrook, Ma. and is considered a kitchen and a half as it is so large.
We have been thinking about a new kitchen for two years. After watching DIY and HGTV we figured out we could not do this job ourselves! With much investigation of different companies including cabinet faceovers, we hired Allan Kithcens to do our job.
The remodel job went extremely well and smooth in a timely fashion.
Eddie and Jamie whom tore out the old kitchen and installed the new were really fantastic as they were sensitive to our needs.
We enjoyed working with Barbara the designer. Our footprint did not change, however she directed the project with fact and a sense of strongness that was right to the point. ( I am in retail, well done! )
Don and Rob Allan are on the premisis and you can see and talk to them. To me this meant alot! Their showroom is amazing especially the sinks that are suspended from the ceiling to the floor, it is wild.
We would recommend Allan Kitchen Gallery highly. They fit our budget without pushing upgrades and that was awsome!

Tremendous. Don was a great partner. He helped us design a project within our budget. This was a very large project and his team was wonderful. Don used quality contractors that we trusted 100%. We have continued to use them in smaller project work. There was no nickel and dimeing, in fact they provided many surprise upgrades! Everyone comments on their wonderful work. When the town inspector came for a final review, he took me aside and said that this was a first class job.

They followed up and did what they said they would. They where the most responsive out of 10 kitchen cabinet designers. And the lowest price. They under stood the trade offs we wanted to make between price and quality. Visit their showroom it is amazing!!!
