I was very disappointed in Lew's work and his work ethic. I paid more money than was quoted in the contract. They did not honor their contract or quote, nor did they start the work on time. I took time off from work, but they didn’t honor the appointment. He would come in early to do some of the work, so he could save money, then the actual worker would have to come in and redo the subpar work that he’d done. They did the floors before they did the remodeling, so my new floors got damaged because of this. The carpenter did a very good job, and was very meticulous; I was glad to have him.

The workmen did a great job cleaning up every afternoon. They were quiet and professional. The project took a couple weeks longer than projected, but was very close to budget. The workmanship is very good, especially for the cost. There are several small imperfections, but the overwhelming response to the room has been, "Wow!"
