I use him every year for snow removal. I rely on him and he is wonderful. I will absolutely continue to use him.

He always showed up--often with a team of people to help--and shovelled fairly thoroughly around the house and the little parking lot and driveway. A few times I worried that he was not coming early enough to get the lot shovelled out folks to get to work--but he always was there on time. He managed to pile snow in such a way as to allow all the cars to get out of the driveway and even made a place on the curb for people to be able to get across the street. it was a terrible winter and we could not have managed without him.
