Tracy was the listing agent on the condo I bought 10 years ago from the condo developer. My original buying experience was excellent, Tracy went above and beyond and helped me find a first-time home buyers' program to satisfy my banks requirement. I only reached out to Tracy because MY real estate agent did not know of one, and would not help me find one, even though it was the bank that she referred to me for the loan! Fast forward ten years and the condo developer went to sell their last unit and the condo financials were not in good order. Tracy and her team went through everything with a fine-tooth comb and organized everything from the past decade to pass on to us once the developer had sold. For the second time, I had a great experience working with Tracy. I would recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsible and responsive real estate agent. 5 Stars.

In 1998 when we decided to sell our 2 family home in Brookline and move to MetroWest, we contacted Tracy who made a presentation and, based on a thorough market analysis, recommended converting the 2 units to condos. She masterfully orchestrated the whole conversion process. Her professional contacts are limitless! Both units had full-price offers at their respective Open Houses. Her expertise also secured the purchase of our home in Framingham when ours was one of 2 competing offers. Recently, Tracy and her team smoothly executed the sale of my home in Framingham (which again had 2 competing offers & closed 3 months after listing) and the purchase of a condo in a 55+ community. Tracy Boehme is a very effective realtor to have as my agent in the recent sale of my house in Metrowest. She offered useful and welcome guidance in the early stages prior to marketing, assembled an attractive marketing package to attract multiple buyers, advised setting an appropriate sale price which was obtained, and was able to address promptly and with flair a variety of issues that arose during the sale process. She is aggressive enough to execute a favorable real estate transaction while retaining a pleasant working demeanor. As a seller's agent she met or exceeded any reasonable expectations, and she would be my first choice to recommend to family or friend if s/he were to buy or sell property in Greater Boston.

We went to see several houses with John Mahoney. He was excellent - always very responsive, give us good advice based on the fact that we were first time home buyers. He is very experienced and gave us his opinions when asked on what he thought something would cost repair, how good the price really was looking at the house, etc. He worked both with our list of houses and offered some of his own. We looked for about 2-3 months before finding our house. We would definitely work with him again.

We relocated from CA to MA in Sep 2009 and needed to buy a house in the Boston area within a short time frame that can fit into my company's relocation package. We were totally new to the area and weren't familiar with all the suburban towns and cities around Boston. At the beginning I did a lot of search online and found some interesting houses. Unfortunately the Realtor who was assigned to me by my company's relo package wasn't very responsive and  didn't help us in time to see some of those listings. At the time I was staying at Tracy's house temporarily so we knew each other already, but since I had this other Realtor assigned to me I didn't ask Tracy for help until then. After hearing our concerns and objectives for our relocation, Tracy immediately went to work and took us out to see houses that might be of interest. Thanks to her rich experience after so many years living in the Boston area, she introduced us to many different towns in the suburbs. We spent only a few weeks before we found our current home and Tracy helped us all the way through price negotiation, house inspection, finding a legal representative, and the final transaction.  We felt really lucky to get to know Tracy and her highly efficient team. We are very happy with her service and would highly recommend her without any hesitation.
