Tom Daly Painting

Tom is very honest, has  a wonderful personality, very skilled at his profession and is really a pleasure to work with.  Every body in the family likes him (husband, kids, pets..).   We originally got his name from a local paint supply store and after meeting with him and a few other we decided to have Tom do the work.  His price was quire reasonable and he always thought of ways to save us money.
He works by himself .  He really knows about painting and does not leave any mess. We picked the color of the paint and he purchased the paint and did the job. He works very fast.  In some areas he removed some curtain rods and filled the holes before painting. There is not way to tell  where the patch work was done.
His eyesight is not the best so after he completes the work he carefully review the job with the client and go over any missed spots.   We have used Tom twice for interior painting an once for exterior painting.  He does care about client satisfaction and hates sloppy jobs. He us a real professional.

We will use him again soon to paint our front porch.

I rent out the second floor of my 2-family home and needed to have it re-painted before renting it to additional tenants. It's really important to me that the apartment is in A-1 shape for new tenants, since it's my experience that if you rent something very nice at a fair price, tenants are more likely to be respectful. I had only a month between tenants. Tom was able to get the job done quickly and did a great job. There were a few things that needed to be touched up afterwards, and he came right out and took care of it.

It was wonderful working with Tom. I'm relatively new in home ownership and have an older home that needs a lot of TLC. I felt that Tom understood what it's like to be a new home owner. In addition to the great job he did painting, he made recommendations for really affordable ways to address things like the pidgeons roosting in the eves of my windows, and was able to do it in a way that didn't detract from the charm of the home. He also helped me decide on the colors. Four years later, I'm still getting complements on the bright red door, and his painting of the wood work really helped some of the older detail in my home "pop out".

Tom came exactly when he said he would and did a great job. There was no mess to clean up afterwards! I have used his services almost every year since I bought my home in 2002.

Preparation (scraping and priming) was done thoroughly. Grounds were not harmed and were kept neat and clean during and after the job. The job was completed in a timely manner (4 weeks). Quality paint was selected, which looks extremely good and so far has held up very well.
