I have been using Sylvia's service for almost 10 years. She is professional, thorough, reliable, honest. She is a legal immigrant, Brazilian, speaks English fluently (occasionally works with others who do not speak English, but she is always on the job). I particularly value the level of trust I have in her: I could leave hundred dollar bills and Rolex watches around and never be concerned about theft or intrusion into personal items or affairs. She is also flexible about tasks, willing to do laundry, occasional meal prep, window washing, etc. Very reasonable prices.
