Foundation, Basement or Crawlspace - Waterproofing / Encapsulation
My wife and I purchased our first home this past December and got water in our basement on the day we closed. We were beyond disappointed and the thrill of owning our first home vanished, we did not know what to do. This was after a huge rainstorm and I am sure stone master was overwhelmed with service calls. The lady I spoke with to schedule a free estimate was very professional and was able to schedule my consultation the same week despite how busy they were. I was impressed with John and his experience installing Theresa Systems. I decided to go with stone master because over another company due to their professionalism and their willingness to stand by their work with a lifetime guarantee. They were able to start work two-weeks from the day I called and finished the job in 2 days despite 3 ft of snow on the ground. They even removed the old pipes that ran across my basement and cleaned out the old drains in my stairs. I couldn't be happier. Luis, the foreman, was awesome & has 17 years experience!
