I found this company on Angie's List and the estimate was outrageous, out of the ball park. I would not bother getting another estimate from them; it was crazy. He was punctual and seemed very professional and responsive. I did not have a bad experience, but the estimate was extremely high; unreasonably high.

Their estimate was very high. It was not too high but it was high for me. They were very professional and very experienced. I would have been happy if they could do the work for me if we agreed on the same price. But, they did higher end work. They were very complete and thorough. I liked the fact that they were very responsive. I received three quotes from the other service providers. I received another quote that was higher and also the one that was lower. I took someone else who had done some of these projects. An architect actually did the design for my renovation. By now, he has done well on the bath.

Steve worked very closely with us on many details of the design, including allowing for air flow to the radiator behind the sofa, and ensuring that the sofa's back would be rigid enough even with four or five people sitting on the sofa. He provided thoughtful input and suggestions at every step, and demonstrated a great deal of intelligence and understanding of materials and construction, while also focusing on our design goals. His execution of the design was first class - it's an extremely substantial and well-built piece of furniture. No creaks or flexing, and very robust construction; the dimensions were spot-on, and the cushions we ordered fit perfectly. This is a sofa for the ages, and we couldn't be happier with it. Steve has high standards, and lives up to them. It's refreshing to work with someone who has a deep sense of craftsmanship, and who can deliver work of this quality. The price was very fair in relation to what we got.
