MY HUSBAND AND I HAD BEEN TO A NUMBER OF OTHER FUTON STORES IN THE CAMBRIDGE AREA, BUT EITHER THE SALES PEOPLE HOVERED OR THE PRICES WERE VERY HIGH. SLEEP-A-RAMA'S PRICES WERE TERRIFIC AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FIRST RATE. DAVID, A SLEEP-A-RAMA SELLER (OWNER?), WAS HELPFUL ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS WITH COMPETENCY, EFFICIENCY, AND HUMOR. THE YOUNG MEN WHO HELPED LOAD AND TIE THE FUTON AND MATTRESS ON OUR SMALL HONDA WERE POLITE, FAST, AND COMPETENT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY NICE INDEED!
