Overall my experience was fine. I felt that they could have done a couple of things better, but nothing bad happened. The price was average, but the quality was above average.

I first contacted Scott by phone. I left a message on his voice mail and he returned the call the same day. After explaining the job, he told me he would need to see the job location in order to give me an accurate quote. We made an appointment for Scott to come see the current door and make measurements. Scott arrived on time at our appointment and completed all the measurements of the current door, frame, & lock set. Scott is very friendly. He confirmed the frame was square and that the new door could be resized to the same size as the existing door. He gave me a firm quote on the complete job. He requested a down payment; but I told him it would be more convenient for me to pay the entire amount on installation. He was fine with this. I was going to have Lowe s deliver the door to his workshop, however, they would not deliver it to his location because they required the purchasing credit card to be present on delivery. So, I purchased it at Home Depot and delivered it to Scott myself. I delivered the door on Friday and Scott promised to work on it during the weekend and have it ready for either Monday or Tuesday. He told me he would call me on Sunday to confirm what day it would be ready. As promised, on Sunday he called and said the door would be ready for installation on Tuesday. We made an appointment for Tuesday morning to install. Scott arrived on time for the installation with the resized door. We brought it up to the unit and he installed it. The door fit perfectly into the existing frame and the hardware matched up with the existing holes. The installation took approximately 4 hours. We have gotten many compliments from our neighbors on our new door.
