Everything about Luchetti's is an A. They are one of those companies that we feel compelled to tell our friends about. We took a car in last week and it needed some work, and they would have just listed out what it needs and quote us about $1000 and ask us if we want it to be fixed. But they said $1000 is a lot compared to the value of the car, so they checked out the whole car  and told us about the things they found; some were safety related and some others. Ultimately, it was more than the value of the car. So they said they would fix it if we want but that they really recommend not to repair the car. Another time, my wife had one day's notice to drive to Connecticut because our daughter was sick so she took her car in to Luchetti's to make sure everything was fine. They called us and told us what needed to be done, so we asked if they can get it done by the next day and they said they understand and that they'd do that. So she picked it up and two miles out of the shop, her car broke down. She called them and within ten minutes they were there with the tow truck. They took her to a car rental place directly and rented a car for her whole five day trip at their expense. It is extraordinary service. In the three years we've been in Marshfield, we've used Luchetti's exclusively and they've just been consistently good and helpful. They remember us and they remember the car; they are good at making us feel like they car about us.
