Rhonda is amazing. She jumped into a difficult situation as I transitioned from working with an agent who was very unresponsive, and was able to quickly accommodate my situation. Within 5 days, I saw over 25 properties, and made an offer on day 6. She continued to keep me very organized in terms of making sure I took care of the various details that needed attention over the weeks leading up to the closing, as well as providing very good referrals for mortgage lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, etc. She's particularly experienced in Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, and Arlington, but also knows Brookline and Jamaica Plain (where I ended up buying) quite well. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property.
