The work began slowly and then became sloppy. One of the project managers ended up leaving mid job, we had issues with our personal items being used by workers (razors, etc.), and the quality of the work was uneven. We provided an ongoing punch list of issues we saw, but that was ignored every time we updated it. When a new project manager was added to the project, he commented often about the issues the company had with quality in their projects. By the time they were finished (2 months late), we were left with paint that has begun to peel off the walls after only six months, floors on which the polyurethane has already chipped and peeled up, plumbing that is falling out of the wall, and a host of other issues. As an indication of the complete lack of professionalism of the firm, I accompanied my final payment (which we paid in full) with a list of still damaged items that I wanted to discuss (such as $1000 damage to the home alarm system), but I never received a call back.
