Paul is friendly, prompt, and does very thorough work. He repaired and replaced the faulty shower unit that had started to leak in to the wall. In the basement he anchored the gas line, that went in to the clothes dryer, to the wall. Up until then it had been hanging, dangerously, attached to nothing and easily could have leaked if the vibrations from the dryer had shaken the connections loose. He also rebuilt the ventilation system for the dryer and replaced a rotted and corroded pipe and faucet in our boiler. His prices seemed very fair.

They are great, honest, and very reliable. If he charges you for something he makes sure that it is working; if it is not he is a man of his word and comes back to fix it at no cost.
