I hired MassPools when I didnâ t know what was wrong with my pool. I received astronomical prices from all competing businessâ . Jimmy came personally and explained what was wrong with our pool and how to fix it. He installed a new liner that came out terrific for half the price of other places and is now doing the weekly maintenance on our pool. Their prices and customer service can not be beat!

They did not try to sell me things that I did not need as other companies tried. Sand, insect protection, glue & foam! Arrived on scheduled day despite thunderstorm warnings and did the job quickly and professionally.

James is wonderful to work with. He knows his stuff and is honest and reliable. We are so lucky to have found a reliable pool guy. Even Lewes loves him.

From the first phone call and contact with Mass Pools I was impressed. James was amazing, he arrived earlier then expected but did call. I enjoyed learning about my pool from him. He was patient and helpful with me, I ask lots of questions since I'm a first time pool owner. I will call them again for any of my pool needs.

Project was a nightmare. I would not recommend this company for replacing a liner. Probably better with small jobs, did not seem to knowledgeable about the liner process and I ended up with a 800 water bill and 300 electric bill. Pool liner had wrinkles from start but he insisted the wrinkles would come out but they didn't and the pool needed to be drained and the fans ran for days. It was a long 5-6 days and I wish that I had hired a better company that knew the job better. Guy was very nice until I let him know that I did not like his work and was not happy with it and he did not appreciate that I would not go out to the pool and try to brush out the wrinkles. I was the first customer to not do this he told me. Can't imagine customers going out and doing this when they are paying over $3000 for something. I should of just waited for Holmes pools but wanted to get the liner done.

Absolutely fabulous! From the initial phone call to the completion of closing my pool. Wonderful customer service. Great men! Very honest and nice. They offered me evaluated my pool and gave advice on what repairs I needed. They were a pleasure to work with. They were well prepared! All the reviews were correct. Mass pools is amazing! Quality work and quality people! I will definitely be going to them for all my pool needs!

Very easy to work with.

I have had James do my pool work since 2010. While there are times when he can't get here when he says, I don't mind at all. The reason he doesn't get here when we schedule is because he stays with the job until it is done. The person ahead of me is getting the same attention I will get. We will continue using Mass Pools. Great service at reasonable prices. Can't ask for a better company.
