 + 0 moreFolks had recommended going to Longleaf Lumber for unique flooring options, particularly beautiful antique plank flooring. We were very disappointed with their customer service, they were very rude and uninterested in helping us. We've been remodeling our home for a few years and interacted with many contractors and home improvement retailers-- all great experience due to reviews on Angie's List (thank you!). It's unfortunate when you see a local business have such lousy customer service-- too bad, they have a great looking product.
