We worked with Lisa Drapkin and Nancy Dixon of True Home Partners to sell our condo in Cambridge in 2018 and could not be more pleased at their amazing real estate acumen and the service we received. We were impressed with how they reviewed the sales process with us and provided an information dense market overview, assessment, and marketing strategy of our home. It was clear that they know their stuff when it comes to real estate sales and we completely trusted them. They also spent a lot of time speaking with us to answer questions about timing of sale, how to prepare our property, and guiding us through showings. They were responsive on the phone and via text and always worked to accommodate our schedules and situation (for example, we had to work the sales process around a napping toddler!). We definitely felt like we received personalized service and that they cared about us having a great experience (especially because it can be stressful!). In terms of the offer, inspection, and closing process, they clearly communicated and provided information for us to make sound decisions. Both Lisa and Nancy are a pleasure to be around and we wouldn't want to work with anyone else when selling a property.
