All repairs have been completed professionally and at a much lower cost than the BMW dealer. They will use original BMW replacement parts when important and will recommend after-market parts when appropriate. The mechanic Paul is terrific. He really knows what to do and never recommends repairs that are unnecessary. We have compared his recommendations to the dealer's, and we feel we are getting a more honest assessment from Paul of what is truly necessary. The work is done on-time.

These guys are honest, accommodating and friendly. I had a scheduled appointment for 7/13 for 30,000 service but I thought my muffler ruptured (really loud rattle) on 7/11. I called and the had me come in the next day. I told them I might need a new exhaust system and the scheduled service. They checked the car and called to tell me that I didn't need anything other than reinforcing the plate separating the exhaust system from the engine and the 30,000 service. Instead of paying $500 plus, I paid about $140.

The guys at this garage are honest (refusing to sell me things I ask for when I don't need them!), very fast (almost always same-day service), busy (place seems to have loads of cars repaired every day), reasonably priced (as far as I can tell), and friendly. My only caution is that I would use these guys as my first stop, not for solving problems others could not. I'm not sure if they are good at solving mysteries. They are mainly fast.

They are very nice. They try to save us money. Once my wife needed the GMC for a ski trip leaving on a Saturday. We needed parts etc. on Friday. They had one guy drive north to get one part and another guy drive south to get another part. They go out of their way. They save you a lot compared to dealer. And when they need anything fancy, they can just call the dealer themselves to bring over whatever is needed/ or consult. They are very friendly too--good guys.

My girlfriend had been taking her CRV to this shop, so I took a car I had recently puchased for an oil change. They spotted a number of problems with the car, including a loose oil pan, and fixed them. Very friendly, informative. Have been working with them ever since. They do good work.

I have been using John and Nick's for about twenty years. They are excellent. They are responsible. They work quick and do a great job. The prices are good and reasonable.

They were nice enough to walk to our home from their shop to jump start our car for free. They were able to detect the problem and provided a quick solution before they even saw our car. I would definitely recommend their services.
