I called on a Sunday and scheduled the replacement work for the following Saturday. They gave me a window of four hours, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. They called back on Monday or Tuesday wanting to reschedule. I obliged with them and we rescheduled for the Wednesday. My wife took the morning off and waited. They came around 11 a.m., looked at the car and said they couldn't do the work because it had been raining and would interfere with the adhesive. At the time it was dry, but had been raining the night before. They re-scheduled for Saturday, this time between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The guy showed at noon. The work took 20 minutes and an hour to adhere. The job was done competently, but my wife and I blew nearly ten hours hanging around the house waiting. Also, we were quoted $239 when we made the initial appointment, a lot for a 20 minute job, but ended up being charged $280. Convenient to have them come right to our home.
