He gave us a quote. He came in on time and on budget. His work was immaculate, from how he did his set up to take down in terms of cleanliness and quality of workmanship was superior. He is excellent. He is an individual contractor, and we had a great experience with him.

Joe was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He helped us with our overall layout and design, and made many useful suggestions. The subs he used were all very good and very professional, and the job was completed on time, despite several obstacles that cropped up along the way. Overall, I would rate him as excellent. The job was a small one for him, but he still gave us a great deal of attention.
