Eoin and his team provided exceptional service, great quality, and wonderful value. Eoin was responsive throughout the quoting process and was always reliable about showing up exactly when he said he would. We had his team repaint a dining room, a bathroom, the living room (with many built-ins), and three bedrooms when we moved into our new house. They did this on an incredibly tight timeline so that we could also replace carpets and move in two weeks after closing. Eoin promised to finish the project in a week and was actually done in just 5 days. Since then we also hired Eoin to repaint the front hallway (including some difficult stair tread areas), to repaint damaged walls in a rental unit, and to do touchups. The quality has been fantastic throughout and we believe his team provides great value for the money. We highly recommend him to all of our friends in the area.

I trust them. I also recommended this painting company to three different people and they've all had very positive reviews. When we were picking a color, he knows the colors we like. I wanted to brighten it up a little bit and he came with several different colors. He just knows what needs to be done and takes care of it so I appreciate that. He is very efficient in the way he does things. I've dealt with him over an extensive period of time and I haven't found any issues. They really take pride in their work. Everything is done in a timely manner and in a way that you can understand it.

Irish Painters just finished painting my house and I couldn’t be happier! The guys did an awesome job from beginning to end. Eoin, the owner, is responsive, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He was very helpful and flexible when I had to deal with unexpected issues from tenants and needed to reschedule some of the work. His crew works methodically and FAST, they clean up before they leave, and their friendliness and constant good mood is a real bonus.

We had a big, old house painted (scraping, foundation, body, trim, entry ways, doors, etc.) and mahogany stairs treated. All told, I think the work took them about 4.5 days, and that included removing a ton of ivy from the foundation. The end result is beautiful and we’re getting lots of comments from neighbors and passersby on how great the house looks.

After looking into other painters, we settled on Irish Painters because we were impressed with their work on another house in the neighborhood, and Eoin was just great to work with from the get-go. I highly recommend Irish Painters and would use them again in the future without hesitation.

He also had a carpenter come out and take care of our houses three floors. As they went around and prepped, they replaced things as needed. They addressed rotting wood, cleaned the gutters , and made other repairs before painting.

He's very personable. He'll answer your questions. He painted little sections with our different color choices to help us come to a decision. He was very easy to work with. He takes the time to do what needs to get done.

We solicited 8-10 bids for this work, and selected Irish Painting for their solid track record of quality work, competitive price (yet one which didn't cause us to question their standards), and readiness to answer our many questions before hiring them. Eoin McCarthy, the company owner, worked with us every step of the way - from the delightful way he addressed all our subsequent questions once the work began (paint vs. stain being one), to the nearly daily time he spent onsite managing the work (beginning with the prep work, which involved meticulously protecting our vegetable garden) and the final project details with extra visits to the house. Eoin greeted us in the early mornings, and reported to us at the end of practically every day. The workers were extremely diligent and friendly! These regular actions of total dedication to and responsibility for the job, gave me confidence well before they completed everything, that we had made an excellent choice going with Irish Painting. The finished house looks absolutely stunning. We get regular glowing compliments, and I feel deeply happy every time I come home to this job with every detail so beautifully and superbly done.

Eoin is a knowledgeable, friendly, fair, reliable, and professional business owner, we had a pleasant experience with him throughout the process. His crew are good natured, good humored, thorough, disciplined, careful, hard working people -- my children looked forward to seeing them each day and were disappointed when the job was completed. We are very satisfied with the quality of the paint job -- it looks beautiful and we're hopeful and expectant that the paint job will hold up over time.

When we finally picked the color, he had gallons of it within a couple of hours. They scraped and prepped the house, plus he has a great carpenter he works with who re-shingled one area. They use a spray painting method that is very neat and since they were changing the color of my house they had to apply two coats. The house looks beautiful and we have received many compliments since the job was completed. Any questions I had, Eoin, the owner was very responsive and always called me back immediately.
I was pleased with the overall experience and would definitely use them again in the future. Seemed like a really good value.

They charged too high for the work that was done. It seemed that the painting was a little thin. I was away for part of it, and they were supposed to do a prime coat and two paint coats. They were also to caulk and fill holes and they didn't do that.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED RELATIVELY EFFICIENTLY, WITH MOST OF IT DONE IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, ALTHOUGH THE LAST FEW ITEMS TOOK ALMOST AN ADDITIONAL MONTH TO FINISH. IN THE INTERIM, THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE AND HARD TO FIND. THE JOB WAS INITIALLY ESTIMATED TO BE ON THE LOW END OF COST, AND IN ORDER TO STAY IN THAT AREA THEY MINIMIZED SCRAPING AND SANDING. THE RESULTING PAINT JOB HAS NOT LASTED VERY LONG. THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE CLEAR THE LIFESPAN OF THE JOB AND THE TRADEOFFS WITH COST. FINALLY, FROM A PROFESSIONALISM STANDPOINT, THE JOB WAS SOLD TO A CONDO ASSOCIATION, BUT THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ALL THE OWNERS.

JOE IS EXTREMELY GOOD AND VERY THOROUGH; HE WAS GREAT WITH THE KIDS. OFF SEASON, THEY ARE LESS EXPENSIVE.
