He is always polite and proper and the cost is more than fair. I would rate him A overall. He came highly recommended by family. When you contact him he will let you know how fast he can come out and how long it will take so you don't have to wait on him. He is always prompt and if he runs into a problem he will let you know. I may use him to restore a house as he was giving me some ideas on how to go about it. He also has a nice website that shows his before and after pictures.
