Hauling
Mr. Gronwald was timely and diligent in following up on our call for an estimate, and he provided the estimate within a day or two, once he was able to come by and see what we needed removed. When we agreed on an amount, he was back within a day to pick everything up, with the exception of an item he questioned. He called back the same day to make sure that was what we wanted, and then returned again to pick up the last piece. Great work!

GENE IS UTTERLY PLEASANT, TRUSTWORTHY, AND HONORABLE, CHARACTERISTICS THAT YOU DON'T OFTEN FIND IN SERVICES. HE CAREFULLY BAGGED ITEMS THAT WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN AN ADDITIONAL TRUCK LOAD AND CONSEQUENTLY HIGHER COST TO ME. I CAN HAVE THESE BAGS REMOVED IN MY REGULAR GARBAGE REMOVAL.
