Getting quote was relatively easy. The quote was specific enough to use in comparison with others only requiring one clarification. It took 2 days from start to finish. The employees on the job were conscientious of our property both on the outside and in the basement. The project, most of which is under ground, appears to have been done following best practice and we assume was inspected by The Works prior to closing up the site.

The cost was  way above the estimate.  I paid over $ 12,000. 
The problem recurred this week, and RotoRooter came and remedied it, with the same good results, with a guarantee, for under
$ 800. 

Easy to contact and work with.  Everyone was very responsive and professional, from the people I spoke to on the phone, to the Gallups themselves, to the guys who were actually at our house doing the work.  I feel that we got the necessary attention from everyone involved, and the work appears to have been well done.

We put in a driveway made of pavers.  After an abortive start with a company that had strong personal recommendations, but didn't stay in contact, we got a quote from Gallup.  The quote was prompt, complete, and comparable to others.  We chose Gallup because of his excellent interview when he discussed the project.
 Gallup came in with a back hoe and dug out the site immediately.  Work was finished quickly.  The finished driveway is everything we had hoped for.

Gallup came promptly to inspect the situation and gave us a detailed written quote.  His quote was similar to, but slightly lower than others.  His crew arrived at 8 am (not 7 am, for which we and the neighbors thank them).  

This was a big job.  The brick sidewalk was removed, and the concrete base was broken up and removed.  Three curb stones were pulled, cut and replaced.  A new base, including the slope for the curb cut was poured and the bricks replaced.  In out yard there were a lot of roots that needed to be removed before the base for the driveway and walk could be put in.

The crew was friendly and courteous.  They worked hard when the weather allowed, and gave us reasonable estimates about the time.  After the driveway and walk were finished they made sure that the border between the yard and the pavers looked neat and professional.  We have received complements from the neighbors on how good it looks.

The only slightly odd thing was that it took a week for Gallup to send us a bill after he finished.  We were happily parking in our driveway, without paying for it.

Gallop was very quick and efficient. They were very professional and hands on. There was a very good site manager on the job every day. I was surprised at how quickly they worked, especially with the hot conditions. When I told them the original price was too high they were able to come up with alternative pricing for me to accommodate my budget. I am still waiting on some items, so their responsiveness is a bit lower in grade.
