EYE Q OPTICAL

I went to EYE Q Optical to get two pair if prescription glasses, one a normal one and the other one was a sun glasses.  
Overall, I think Susan was great, kind and thorough with her work, I love her work and will recommend to people who are nearby the area.
I have given some B ratings due to the following reasons: 
1. Frame selections are normal.
2. Interface with clerk was a bit "cold", a more smile face from him would be much appreciated!!
3. You need to drive around to find a parking spot.
I would give A- or B+ but that's not an option here :)

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. The doctor was on time, helpful, and efficient. He was able to tell me whether the slight change in my prescription would make a meaningful difference in my vision if I got new glasses. And he was right - my new glasses help me see much better. The only downside of this place is that it's hard to find parking in Harvard Square. Also, although they have a great selection of frames, they're very expensive. So I purchased my glasses elsewhere.

The people I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment were pleasant. Dr. Wegrzyn was punctual, friendly, and she explained the various tests she was doing. It turned out that I really didn't need glasses. She told me I had the option of doing some high tech optical mapping to pinpoint any tiny weaknesses in my vision, but that it really wasn't necessary. Great experience!

Everything went very well with them.

I felt they had a good selection of very stylish frames. I didn't see the doctors since I went in with my own prescription. I felt the staff was very helpful about helping me find the right style. Overall, they were good, but they were expensive. So, I felt they were pricey, but I know glasses are expensive. I spent about $700. My glasses were ready when they said. Their professionalism was great. If need be, I would use their services again.

Overall, things turned out well. They have brand named frames, but also design their own frames. Some of their prices seemed a bit higher. I was very satisfied with what I got, as well as with their attentiveness. They are especially helpful in assisting with picking out what works well with your face and prescription.

I had been wearing the same style of glasses for years and was ready for a change. They asked me a few questions, looked at my prescription, assessed my willingness to change, and quickly found a few good choices. They let me borrow a few frames so I could get a second opinion. I put off the decision for a couple of days, came back, looked at more frames, and ended up with one of the first frames they selected for me.

It’s local and the staff is very friendly. I can get my eye exam done here as well as order my contact lens when I come out of the office. It is like a one stop shop. It has been a great experience.

Fabulous. Paul took one look at me and picked out the right frames. I tried on many others and ended up buying the first ones he showed me, although in a different color (which was suggested by the owner). The glasses were ready when promised and have been wonderful.
