 + -1 moreWe sued them in small claims court and won. Please beware, this company does not operate in good faith. They will promise you everything but cannot deliver. I do not believe they understand the building permit process.
Description of Work: We hired DPM Construction and Peter and Dennis to build a dormer on our condo in Boston, MA. We gave them a $10,000 deposit in June of 2006 for the necessary building permits and drawings. They filed an incorrect building permit initially which was discovered and blocked. They then filed for another building permit weeks later also improperly without the necessary documentation. This application was rejected on 3/1/07. We were not notified until mid April. We tried to renegotiate the contract on a smaller scale and they abandoned the project.
