Community Phone

Both Ellie and James pitched and in got us switched over from a mega-monster-cell-phone-company in just a few minutes. All of the crew there really know their stuff and they're just REAL people, sincerely and personally vested in us to make sure we were/are happy. Boy, are we, and we have have enjoyed their service for over a year. For two lines, unlimited data, unlimited EVERYTHING we are paying less than HALF what we were charged before. The monthly bill is fixed, no surprises, one less thing I worry about running our business, believe me, I don't miss scrutinizing a dang phone bill every month to see where we've been screwed again. I'll take high performance and peace of mind every time. Another positive, they are always available, by phone, message or chat, found that out up front during setup. Their service is nationwide and seamless, we are in California, they are back east and the technology works as it SHOULD. I said it before, they KNOW their stuff. Oh, ANOTHER great thing, I've traveled traveled to England, France, Mexico, and Africa (Morocco) the past few months... the phones worked perfectly, no buying alternate SIM cards, no fussing with foreign language providers ... and the bill was the same as if I never left my desk. We are a medical technology company and part of our service is providing customer guidance, support, and general hand holding in a crisis. We're good, Community Phone is a master.
