This is a good company that does quality work. They are punctual and neat. They still have to come back to finish painting the interior of my windows but I am pleased with the work they have done to date.

Scott Renner did an outstanding job as general contractor. He exceeded our expectations. He met with us regularly to review the costs, the project, and next steps. He created a construction schedule and stuck by it. When things came up, he let us know immediately and would make modifications to the schedule. His response time to questions and concerns was awesome. He'd call us back immediately when we left him messages. When something came up on the job site that was an emergency, he arrived within five minutes and immediately handled the situation thoroughly. He was terrific at helping us think through options and had really wonderful suggestions. We are thrilled with the results! We lived in the house during the entire construction (including having a baby during the project) and were thrilled with the project and work throughout.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH CMS PARTNERS WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS FROM THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE TWO FAMILY HOUSE (INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR) TO DEMOLITION AND THROUGH CONSTRUCTION. THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ESPECIALLY THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS, WAS TIMELY, INSIGHTFUL AND GEARED TOWARD MY OVERALL GOAL OF RENOVATING THE PROPERTY IN A FIRST CLASS MANNER WITH A KEEN EYE ON GETTING VALUE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED. IN GENERAL, THEY WERE VERY SKILLED AT TACKLING A LARGE SCALE PROJECT IN AN EFFICIENT WAY WHILE MAKING IT SEEM MUCH LESS DAUNTING TO ME AS THE OWNER. THEY ACCOMPLISHED THIS WITH A CONSISTENTLY HIGH LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. IN THE END I WAS ABLE TO SELL ONE UNIT FOR A SUBSTANTIAL PROFIT AFTER COMPLETION AND STILL HOLD THE OTHER UNIT AS AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY. CMS HAS A DEEP BENCH OF QUALIFIED, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL SUBS AS WELL AS THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES WHO PERFORM CORE FUNCTIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY PROJECT, LARGE OR SMALL.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. SCOTT, THE GC, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS, SUGGESTIONS, AND CONCERNS. HE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP AT EVERY STEP OF THE PROJECT AND GOT MY INPUT ON ALL DECISIONS. HE AND THE SUBCONTRACTORS HAD A CONCERN FOR BOTH THE PRACTICAL AND THE AESTHETIC WITH VERY HIGH QUALITY RESULTS IN THE END. THE FINISH CARPENTRY IN PARTICULAR WAS EXCELLENT. THE FIRM'S EMPLOYEES AND THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS WERE PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. ALTHOUGH THEY RECENTLY ADDED GENERAL CONTRACTING/RENOVATION TO THEIR SERVICES, CMS HAS DEVELOPED AND MANAGED RE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY UNDERSTAND ALL SIDES OF THE BUSINESS (PERMITTING, ZONING, PRICING) AND HAVE GOOD INDUSTRY CONTACTS, WHICH WAS ALL DEFINITELY TO MY BENEFIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
