How many things are wrong: 1) they overcharged my credit card and refused to refund the incorrect amount 2) partially delivered my order but (over-) charged me for the rest of the order but never delivered it 3) never communicated any status on my order, even after multiple emails and stopping by the store multiple times.
It's been 4 months, and my furniture is still nowhere to be found and they have my money. They haven't even tried to make things right - the salespeople all "empathize" with me but no one is willing to do anything about it ("I'm sorry but my hands are tied"). One salesperson says, "we are trying to improve our image and they hired a new manager (Brandon) to do this" but it's Brandon who's not being responsive, getting me my furniture, or refunding what he overcharged me!
Although I personally will never do business with them, the only thing I would say you should buy (if you are willing to do business with them!) is something you can walk out of the store with and you don't mind them not supporting.
