Charles Welsh Construction

My husband and I are both architects and selected Charles due to his experience working with architects. Our expectations were that he would have an eye for detail and have open communication throughout the project. Charles exceeded our expectations, the work performed was beautiful, his subcontractors were professional, and everyone we encountered were professional and friendly. We were living in our condo while the work was being done along with our 7 month old baby and they cleaned up at the end of the day and even rigged us a temporary shower. We had a tight schedule for the work to be completed before the arrival of house guests, it was down to the wire but Charles completed the painting right on schedule. My experience I know this is an amazing feat. We had an issue with the grout in our tub and Charles sent his tile installer over within a day to do the repairs. We would hire Charles again.

Charles is fantastic. He is impeccably honest and trustworthy, gives accurate estimates, and lets you know if there are going to be variables to expect. He is very good at communicating, which is essential to any major renovation. Charles takes pride in his work and doing things correctly. He handles his subs well, and several times got re-dos for no charge if the work was not to his standards. He can handle anything that you would want to do to a house. We pretty much did it all. We recommend Charles to all of our friends, and everyone is grateful that we have. I can't imagine working with anyone that I did not trust and respect so completely.
