CARPET BUSTERS

I haven't yet seen the quality of the cleaning since the rug is rolled up and on my moving truck. The fringe looks clean so I'm assuming the work was done. There was a TON of confusion around the pickup and drop off dates. They had no records of either, and it required multiple phone calls to them to get it picked up and delivered. I was moving, and they only got the rug back to me a couple of hours before the van left. When I called, I was constantly made to feel like somehow I had screwed up by not getting the name of the person I talked to who made whatever commitment I was expecting to be honored. At one point, when I was waiting for the rug, they said "Are you sure you called Carpet Busters?" I still have no receipts for the work.

They called ahead of time to verify appointment and address, arrived on time, and did a good job of steam cleaning the carpet. The price was the same as quoted over the phone except that they pushed an additional $35.00 for deodorizing. It was implied that the deodorizing option would improve the cleaning. I requested a specific day and time for the cleaning, and they met the request.

THIS COMPANY PICKED UP THE RUGS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND RETURNED THEM THE SAME WAY. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT--THE RUGS LOOK GREAT. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD TOO FOR ALL THIS. I CONSIDER THIS A BARGAIN IN BOTH COST AND SERVICE.
