The work was done beautifully.

Jaenia returned my phone call promptly, made an appointment to see job and came exactly on time. I wanted the work done within the next month. She called back and said that she had just gotten a large job and could not complete my work within the specified time. I liked how carefully she examined the work to be done.

Jaenia was great. The finished work was beautiful. She is very professional and communicated all design information by email. The work was very precise, and the house was left very clean after the work was completed. We would definitely use Jaenia again.

Janeia was responsive in setting up the meeting to look at the job. She came at a time that worked best for us. She was punctual. She was diligient about returning calls to set up the time. Upon arriving, she said that if she did the job, we'd have to be sure the condo association didn't require her to have worker's comp insurance. We didn't know this answer, but had her look at the job since she was here. She was going to have to research a lot of things (more than other contractors we had interviewed) which gave us less confidence in her experience with this type of work. I also didn't feel we had a good report regarding communication styles, and that's why I don't think we'd hire her for even a different type of job. I've let her know not to work on the research/proposal.

Jaenia is wonderful. She is on time, well organized, reasonably priced and just plain nice to have around. Her sense of humor is as good as her sense of design. I trust her, as a craftsman, as an artist, and as a person.
