CAMBRIDGEPORT BANK DOES NOT SUPPORT ONLINE BANKING. AT LEAST THREE TIMES IN MY HISTORY WITH THEM THEY HAVE CHANGED THE ADDRESS FOR ONLINE BANKING. EACH TIME THEY HAVE FAILED TO ALERT CUSTOMERS BEFOREHAND. THIS LAST TIME MY BANK, FLEET, NOTIFIED ME THAT THE PAYMENT HAD NOT GONE THROUGH. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A FOLLOW-UP APOLOGY FOR THE ERROR, NOT EVEN A LETTER WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS TO REMIT PAYMENT TO. THE OTHER TIMES I RECEIVED AN ACCUSATORY LETTER FROM CAMBRIDGEPORT STATING THAT I WAS REMITTING PAYMENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. AT LEAST THEN THEY INCLUDED THE CORRECT ADDRESS. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES AT LEAST!
