This company was easy to work with, they were communicative, and extremely professional. They are a smaller outfitter than some other mortgage companies, but we felt they worked with us given our situation at the time and we were appreciative of the services they gave to us. We could certainly encourage others to use them if they are in a complicated mortgage situation like we were at the time.
