We have to put it off for a bit due tot he scope of the work but Rod is great to work with

Job was completed to our total satisfaction. Rod and his workers are professional, pleasant and efficient. They listened carefully to what we needed. Loved the recreation of a diamond motif in the wood divider on our deck. Glad he tackled this difficult and painstaking job, as, besides the deck rebuild, there were lots of little things to take care of. Afterwards, he was very responsive to a minor problem, which was fixed within 24 hours of calling him, Returns phone calls, shows up on time, does a great job.

We hired Cambridge Home Renovations for a complete bathroom renovation. Rod was very helpful coming up with ideas and suggestions when needed. He has a really good eye for details, functionality, and design. It was a great experience to have him working for us. Everything went on schedule and very smooth. His level of responsibility and workmanship is outstanding. We are really happy to have hired him!

Rod did a fantastic job! He was very professional, punctual, considerate and precise. He was also very tidy. He hung a sheet of plastic to enclose the space he was working in in order to prevent sawdust from flying everywhere. He also vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of each day. Having a baby I really appreciated this! He ended up having to do some of his sawing outside due to limited space, which was a lot of back and forth for him as we are on the 5th floor of an apartment building! But there was never a complaint. I had accidentally given him the incorrect paint color, he caught the mistake and made an extra trip to buy the correct color. There was also a leak in our pipes from work our heating guy had done, which he caught right away and alerted me to. I was also so pleased that he thought of the locks and safety hole in each chest. He also nailed an old built-in cupboard back into our bedroom wall that was falling off, free of charge. I can't say enough good things about Rod!

We contacted Rod when our GC abandoned our reno project. We had seen a bath, kitchen and exterior job Cambridge Home Renovation(CHR) had done and knew CHR would do a great job. We are not disappointed. We were generally happy with the original GC (other than being abandoned)..... BUT-- CHR and Rod's attention to detail is far superior!!! Rod was committed to making sure the job is done right We can finally walk in our front door and are thrilled with the finish work. Would highly recommend!

We have owned an old multi-family house for almost 20 years, so, needless to say, we have worked with plenty of contractors, painters, plumbers, electricians, and handymen over the years. We just hired Rod and Cambridge Home Renovations for some smaller and mid-size jobs (painting, repairing a water damaged porch, repairing kitchen cabinets, etc.) and we can’t say enough good things about him. He gives you a clear estimate, he is a great communicator, he has great ideas for solutions, but most importantly, he takes great pride in his work, and he will not leave the job until it’s totally complete and until it’s done in the best possible way. Even though his business started pretty recently, he has worked in the field for many years, so he has lots of experience. This guy will get very busy when more people find out what excellent work he does.
