This was the only company that could fit me in last minute. The service person came very late, but called ahead to inform me. He tried to do a good job I believe. However, the chemicals left multiple rings around where he tried to get the stains out, resulting in discoloration of the fabric. I finally just tried to steam clean the couch set myself. Much of the stains came out, but the discoloration seemed permanent. I called the company to complain. They offered to come back to do another rinsing. I accepted and scheduled a time. On the day appointed, the service person never came and I received no calls. I called again today. The GM Kevin was rude and told me to call later in the week.
