 + -1 moreMr. Buia is a pleasure to work with on many levels. He is very knowledgable and can quickly determine if an idea will work or not within the framework of environmental laws. He is also proactive and made great suggestions for construction layout. He knows the area we bought in well and was happy to suggest construction and escavation professionals that he has used. In the end our updated plans were approved at the first meeting of the conservation board. It has been a smooth and rewarding experience working with him, I would highly recommend.
Description of Work: It should be noted that we consulted Brian Buia of Apple Associates for environmental engineering work, not survey work. Angie's list did not have a specific category for this type of service. We purchased land from Brian Buia in 2011. There was some wetlands on the property that required environmental planning before building. Mr. Buia had already received approval to build but we wanted to make changes to both house and septic systems for location and scale. Mr. Buia's firm worked with us to evaluate the changes, then performed the engineering work, and constructed the plans necessary for conservation plan approval.
