The electrician arrived, and promptly had to leave to go back to the warehouse - seems he had brought the wrong color switches and the wrong programmable thermostat. He returned an hour later and installed the switches, but had a lot of trouble with the thermostat he brought - in fact, he fried it. He put my old thermostat back on, and there it remains to this day. A few weeks later, I received my bill. I was charged for his travel time back to the warehouse to get the right equipment, and charged for the programmable thermostat, although it was never installed. I called the office to ask why I was charged for work that was never finished, and the person who took my call said she would need to speak to the owner. I have not heard from them since.

UPPER CAPE WAS VERY GOOD WITH THEIR WORK. THEY SUGGESTED I JUST LEAVE THE CONDO FOR SEVERAL HOURS WHEN THEY REPLACED THE FUSE BOX, AS THE POWER WOULD BE OUT. THEY WORKED FAST AND WELL.
