After an electrical storm Comcast came out and told my husband and I that our pretty new Samsung TV's were fried but that the Comcast boxes were intact. Instead of just throwing the TV's out we decided to call a TV repair service. Thank God we did. Yes, one TV was gone but the other one was fine. The AC outlet in the Comcast box was gone so he just plugged the TV in the wall and we were good to go. He looked for other things before taking the TV's apart (so only one had to be taken apart). He definitely knew what he was doing and was extremely helpful. He was prompt and gets an triple AAA+ for service and knowledge. We will use this company again and highly recommend them.
