We are extremely happy that Matt Murphy, Jack Maloney, Taylor and the rest of the fantastic service crew, were all able to fix what needed to be fixed for our family vehicle. We now feel safe in our reliable Toyota Sienna, and continue to take it on many family adventures.
In a day and age where too many companies are focusing on the dollar value of each transaction, it is great to see that a locally owned dealership stays true to it's advertised family values. If you're looking for a Toyota or Scion and want service and care after the sale, I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota. Be sure to ask for Jack!
When it came time to replace my second vehicle we decided to lease another Prius. This car is amazin for room, comfort, reliability and many features are all standard.
Falmouth Toyota take the pain out of buying a car and turns it into a pleasurable fun experiance.
I scheduled a time to take it in and was told that the two day initial time frame would be over a week and that Toyota would have a car for me to drive during that time, Unfortunately, the day I arrived to have my truck serviced, due to the demand to have all the other cars done there were no cars available at the dealership, so I had to wait to be transported to the Falmouth rental car lot where it was clear that they didn't expect as many people to need cars, either. They were very nice and I was okay with the rental that was paid for by FalmouthToyota, except that I had to produce a credit card (Rental agency policy), even though Falmouth Toyota was paying for the rental. Luckily, I had one with me, unlike the lady who was there ahead of me who went through a long process before she could get her rental. I do think that if Falmouth Toyota has an agreement with the agency, that everything should have been taken care of BEFORE sending people to rent the car.
I returned to work (an hour late) but was okay knowing that my truck was in good hands., The next day, I received a call that once the truck had been put up on the rack, several other things had been found that would be easier to fix while the frame was off. All in all a $197.00 bill became $1585.00. I have not been back to them since, even though we have purchased several cars/trucks from them over the years and I do like the idea of service being performed by the dealership. I feel that I should have been told up front that there was a possibility of quite a bit more being done and that it would be expensive.
I would still recommend Falmouth Toyota for their quality and freindliness and I love Toyotas. The dealership is also extremely community minded and I like that in a service provider. When I need more than an oil change, I will probably call Falmouth Toyota again.
change. I got the water pump repaired under warranty. While there
service is usually above par this was just one of those times that was
frustrating... during the repair of the water pump the technician
loosened a wire for my air conditioner.. when i noticed there was a
problem a couple of days later i was taken in right away. that
technician did not notice anything and i had to reschedule for them to
check out my a/c - make sure it was functioning the gentle that helped
me that day wasn't very helpful, Tony the customer care manager... so i
made another appt... which had to be cancelled. I rescheduled for a
saturday.... which when i got there i was told they couldn't do what
needed to be done on a saturday because they don't have enough techs.
This person got one of the techs to look at the wiring again ... and
yes... a wire had come loose and he repaired it.... unfortunately due to
two techs not paying attention i had to make three trips to Falmouth.
