The appointment for for 830 am. At 830 am he called and told us that he had an emergency heating problem and would be here in an hour. True to his word he was here in an hour. I showed him the area's that needed work and he started right in replacing the bathroom faucet with a new one. Then on to the Kitchen sink where he replaced the faucet there. Then he went down to the basement and put new clamps on the hot water gas pipe. He cleaned up after himself and was here approx. 2 hours. We had used them once before when we thought our furnace was getting ready to go. The pipes would clang day and night but it turned out he came and just drained the furnace and there was a big relief that we did not have to get a new furnace. He was truly professional and was here that time for about 1hr and only charged us 98.00. Truly a great value when most plumbers charge 100 dollars an hour or more. Very pleased with this company and would recommend them to any one and have already to some of my friends.
