It went badly. Workers who showed up did not understand how to install several of the fixtures and required several phone calls to their manager for instructions. Left trash about. Workers had to return to redo what that had previously installed. Unable install a light sensor that had been suggest by the owner of the firm as being an easy solution. Alternative computerized switch but workers were unfamiliar with the product and could not set it properly. Received invoice with only a total amount which was $200 over the estimate but invoice had no time and material detail. When asked for this I was told it was not the policy to provide the information and when questioned this I receive what can only be describe as an insulting tirade voice from the owner. Would not use again and would not recommend under any circumstances.

This is the second time I've called Jeff at EAV. I called the number on his card and left a message. He called me back that evening and offered to send someone the next day, but I wasn't available. So we made an appointment for Thursday afternoon.
His servicemen were on time and were the definition of professional. They had my problem solved in a matter of minutes (a bad connection in my breaker box) and then helped me diagnose another three minor electrical problems.
Jeff emailed me an invoice and I'm putting the check in the mail tomorrow.
This group of guys is everything you want service techs of any sort to be: punctual (both in arriving on the job and in returning phone calls), professional, reasonable, and proficient. I will never call anybody else for electrical work.
