Great - I used them last year as well

The folks at Waltham Pest Control were quick to respond when I called. They also scheduled the appointment very quickly. The folks who showed up were courteous, friendly, and professional. They did a thorough and effisient job at treating the house. We are now into summer and have not heard nor seen any evidence of mouse activity in the walls. We also have not experienced any insect problems. (Ants used to be an issue, especially in the Spring. We are very happy with the experience and the quality of work performed by Waltham Pest Control.

All went very easy and well with Waltham Pest Control.  Last year we purchased an annual contract (3 visits) from a different company for about the same price.  They did a fine job but were difficult to reach to schedule follow-up visits.  So when we saw the special offer for an annual contract with Waltham Pest Control, we decided to change service providers.  Our primary concern is carpenter ants.  Our home has experienced some damage to exterior trim in the past due to ants.
Waltham Pest control showed up early within the time window they were scheduled for.  Timeliness is important to us since we have 2 cats and had to make arrangements for them.  The technician who arrived was very friendly.  I showed him around the property exterior and interior pointing out areas of past activity.  For the most part, this is limited to the exterior.  My wife has only seen a few insects indoors in the two years we're lived there.  These few times have been near piping or the isolated incursion  through an open door or window.  He made note of these locations and from arrival to departure was done in 45 minutes.  Our house is pretty good sized so he gort right to it.

One person came out to do the service.  It took him about one and half hours.  They sprayed inside and outside.  They were on time and did the job.  I like the service they provided, I have used them before.  They are very  proficient. Would use them in the future.

They show up on time, are polite and neat. Everything we expect in an exterminator.

We had a mouse problem. They came within a couple of days of our buying the package. He was on time, very, very nice, and answered all my questions. We haven't had any problems since he was here, and we know if we do have any more problems we know we can call.

We found some spiders and black ants in our first floor and basement and hence took the year round pest control package for 299$. We also had some ticks in the back yard so did the tick treatment as well. The technician was on time and he covered areas of concern in detail and explained the process to me. I cannot yet comment on the effectiveness of the treatment as it was just done last week.

This is the second time we have used this service. We have had a lot of construction and street digging in our neighborhood that seems to have disrupted the mice this season. This round was just as professional and easy to access as the first round ,quite some time ago.  BTW, I was speaking with a professional organizer who visits many homes and she noted that my expereince was consistent with that of her customers.

Overall a good experience. We needed pest control since we saw mouse droppings in the kitchen and were hearing noises between the floors.
The person who came was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable on mice control. He looked throughout our house, including attic and basement for the presence of mice, but did not find any mouse. He told us it might have been a come and go event, and the mice was not living here. He then installed 2 mouse traps in the kitchen (1 behind stove, 1 under a radiator). He suggested to install more but we declined since we have a 3 years old daughter and were concerned about safety.
They also said that if they installed mouse traps in all recommended places, they would come back if more mice were spotted. But since we didn't install all, it would be additional charge if we needed more mouse traps in a future date.
Now the entire winter has ended and no more mouse droppings were spotted at all. It was a good money spent for the peace of mind.

Very efficient, did a good inspection on the property inside and out, sprayed inside and outside around the foundation. Have not had any issues with ants since the house was sprayed.

It worked out fine. It was easy to schedule the service quickly.

They were prompt and efficient in fixing the problem.
