Wagner Landscaping

We have used Wagner Landscaping for various projects over the past several years. They are always on time and do really quality work. We recently had some landscaping done and they Wagner employees are top notch. The really went out of their way to make sure the job was done right.

We've had a great experience working with Wagner Landscaping! Derek is very responsive to emails and was able to give an estimate within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. We were able to schedule a fall cleanup of our 1/2 acre lot within a few days. Our yard was a mess-completely covered in leaves before the clean up. The crew came and did a fantastic job. Our yard looked the best it's looked since we moved in this summer. No leaves and freshly mowed- it looked amazing! We will definitely be hiring Wagner Landscaping for any of our landscaping needs in the future! Thanks again Derek and company!

Derek is highly recommended!!! He called the same day I left a message even though it was a Sunday, said he would come by with an estimate the next day and could do the job the following day. He followed through on all of it with the exception of a day delay on completing the job as I called him back a day late. This was greatly appreciated since I am currently pregnant! Thank you Derek I look forward to working with you in the future!

Derek is easy to work with. He responded to email fast and he doesn't hard sell the service to me. Regarding the pricing, I called 3 places before deciding to go with Derek, his pricing is pretty competitive. One side of the lawn was pretty dead due to septic replacement. Since using Derek, the lawn has been recovering and it is on its way back to green again. I will continue to use him for my lawn, fall cleanup and gutter cleanup.

Derek came for an estimate soon after my initial call. He gave a quote and said he'd be able to perform the job in 3 weeks and would give me 1 day notice. He followed though with a call 3 weeks later and showed up first thing in the morning as promised. He and 2 other employees performed the job they were hired for in a professional manner.
Derek consulted me multiple times along the way when questions arose about the garden bed lines. They ran out of mulch for the back yard and Derek offered me the opportunity to leave the project "as is" or that he come back with more mulch later in the day (understandably for more money -- as agreed upon, he charged me by the yard for the mulch). We agreed upon 1/2 yard more and as promised he came back later in the day.
My only constructive criticism is that Derek did not specify in the estimate where in our yard the mulching would go and we have many garden beds. He underestimated the amount of mulch required for the job so some areas in the front were left undone *by my choice*. However, I have all the confidence in the world if I had brought this up to him he would have come back with more mulch to finish all of the garden beds.
I would hire Wagner Landscaping again!

Derek Wagner was very responsive and very easy to work with in getting the quote and scheduling the work. Their price was quite competitive and the work was exactly what we wanted done.  Even with some rain that caused a reschedule I always felt like I could count on them.  We usually do our own yard work, but I will definitely keep Wagner's information for the next time we need some extra help.  We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Wagner was always responsive. The landscaping professionals are timely, neat, respectful. I am happy with the services and plan to sign up next year.
