They could be more responsive to online inquiries.

I am probably going to change to another company.  It is mainly because the all inclusive plan with the other company is not available with Verizon.  They do claim to have an all inclusive plan, but actually we have to pay extra for data usage where as the other company does not.

Overall, I have had an excellent experience and think they are dependable.

I will continue to use them in the future.

I am glad to have my new phone but the hassles with Verizonwireless are tiring. I regret that every time I go in they try to sell me something I don't want. I don't appreciate the deception, either.

The service from the employees when I bought the phone was very good but I think Verizon is overpriced. I started out with a pay-as-you-go phone but the reception was terrible so I switched to Verizon and now I'm in a contract. Overall the service is good, the phone is good, but the price is poor.

Verizon Wireless has all the information you'll need. They were able to help me understand what I need to use and don't need to use. At my age, I don't need to use texting or anything like that. They're very helpful and personable and have great customer service. They're the only cellular service I've ever used.

Ok. Took longer to pick than I wanted!

Verizon wireless has a good mix of promotional phones available, competitive pricing, and excellent coverage across the country. The only thing that doesn't work reliably is the voice mail service: occasionally, voice mails can take days or weeks to be delivered, but the caller has no way of knowing this. That said, most voice mails are delivered immediately.

We have used Verizon Wireless for about eight years now and recently upgraded our plan to include a blackberry. I always have this nagging feeling that we're paying a lot of money for what we have, but, at the same time, I very seldom have a dropped call or no service. Verizon's network is excellent, and their customer service is top notch, seldom waiting more than 30 seconds to talk to someone, and always get off the phone with my questions answered or problems solved. We are very happy with Verizon.
