Titan Oil’s owner, Jack is a navy veteran after gaining experience working in the oil industry for over 13 years, he and his wife decided to start an oil company of their own. Having the experience and confidence, together they knew what they needed to do to start a company that was fair, honest and reliable. Titan Oil has made it their top priority to get to know each and every customer as an individual, they spend the extra time and listen to their customers and answer all their questions.

This was a service call for a wiring issue with Oil furnace, causing it to turn on along with AC unit. The technician (Jack) arrived on site and spend roughly 2 hours with troubleshooting. He couldn't figure out what the issue is and blamed it on "wiring out of code" and offered to re-wire everything for $1000. I called Frank's Heating in Tewksbury and they were able to identify the wiring error and fixed it for $245 with 2 hours of work. Titan oil charged me $200 for this service call, regardless of outcome. Jack was extremely unprofessional in his conversation with me, trying to up-sell the issue to perform work outside the scope of the issue. I would not recommend Titan for your oil furnace contractor/technician work.

The price is pretty good. They install oil burners and maintain them. They come when they say they're going to come. The people are very knowledgeable. They install oil burners and maintain them, so they're probably going to install a new oil burner for me.
