Damaged my lawn and broke my mailbox while plowing. We had markers that clearly stated where the grass was.

"They have a very difficult circle driveway. I recommend that it be done with a snowblower. But they did not want to extra for that service. The minimal damage was fixed and I paid for and installed a new mailbox. It does not happen often but if and when it does. We always make it wright."

He initially did a good job, but when there were problems (plants died, lawn covered with crabgrass) he became very difficult to work with. We would not recommend him.

Returned our call right away. Checked in with us as the project was carried out to make sure we were in agreement. Made any adjustments we asked. Finished on time. Will definitely call them again.

Failed to show for a scheduled mowing. Could not contact them by phone and I was never contacted with an explanation of the missed schedule.

Mike responded promptly. Clears the end of the driveway for every storm so we can get out. Returns and cleans the balance of the driveway and shovels the rear walk and stairs Never have to call him. He comes for ever storm. Very dependable. I highly recommend them for snow removal services

When I gave him a call...he said that he would be right over to check out the size of my driveway and walkway. He gave me a very reasonable verbal estimate which he followed up with an email with the same info. His pricing is by the inch which is each better than by how many times he has return to plow. True to his word, he returned for the blizzard, cleared the driveway early for the initial plowing and returned twice more for plowing and then walkway shoveling. He did touch-ups too! He
