Description of Work: I signed up to see a "genius" The woman who was assigned to help me was most...unhelpful, rude and insulting. She saw that I had loaded VMware fusion on my macbook air and told me that I should have not purchased a mac if i was going to use microsoft base software. I mentioned that I needed the microsoft software for business and she just snorted. She was also unqualified and unable to help me with my problem (an OSX keychain issue). So, she passed me over to another "genius" and he was far more helpful and solved my concerns within a few minutes. So, beware of the short-cut brown haired woman with a bad attitude in the North Shore mall apple store. FWIW: with ipod repairs, I have also had similar variable responses and competencies with apple store employees. Too bad there cant be more consistency in their training.

Description of Work: I have purchased Apple products from this location and use their services as well. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. They have a one on one service support team and a Genious Bar as well. I can take all of my Mac products in and they take care of my needs.

 + -1 moreThe Apple Store is really great. They are just good about everything over there. They charge you reasonably and treat you really well. They're definitely where I prefer to go to either buy computers or to have repairs done. They are just good about everything and I intend to use them now and in the future for my computer needs.
Description of Work: I bought myself a new Mac directly from this store when I had to replace my computer.

 + -1 moreApple is great as a company. They are great as a service center as well. They are great to buy from. Apples never have problems either as a general rule of thumb. I like this store and I like the people. I like their prices and I like the services they provide. I could recommend them to other people. I have been really happy with them.
Description of Work: I took my Mac into this local store. The best way I can summarize what was going on is to say that the whole thing not working. They repaired that problem and I also bought a new Mac from them. Then, they loaded all of the software on the new computer we bought.

 + -1 moreApple is unbelievable. They box up the computer you are having problems with and send out and take care of you. If something is recalled, they replace it without any questions asked. I have also sent back I Pods and stuff like that. They just make your life easy and I would doubt if anyone really compares to them. They are just outstanding and I am in the computer field, so I really would know.
Description of Work: Apple repaired some problems my Mac was having. There were more or less hard drive issues that were in direct correlation with a recall going on at the time, so I really didn't pay a thing and they gave me a new computer.

 + -1 moreGreat customer service. I was given a lot of attention, but never felt as if the staff was selling. It was relaxed. They made me feel comfortable in their world of Apple. I am using my Mac writing this review!
