Gary and team were great, he was very knowledgeable about our options and got us exactly what we needed. The install crew was great, fast, friendly and cleaned up every day. We did have a little more glass loss than we hoped for but that is to be expected for most replacement windows.

Thorough, orderly, professional in the ordering and installation. The 4 man install team showed fabulous skill and attention to detail. The windows (interstate 9400 Compositewood new construction style) were expensive but high quality - some had between-glass dividers (recommended) and others simulated divided lites (not that happy with look or fit of the dividers). The white enamel coating doesn't look like wood much - can be ordered with pine interior. Overall, this is a great company and smooth easy process (thank you Gary) and the install team led by Joe and Mike was terrific. I am overall happy with the windows, and very glad to have chosen composite over vinyl and new construction- type indies and install - but would consider window alternatives in the high end new construction category, including wood Andersen 400 especially if you want simulated divided lights.

Symphony Home Improvement Company is a very professional company. Gary came to our home and spend an hour or more explaining the types of windows he would install. He looked at all our window and told us which window he would replace now and which to replace at later date. Gary is easy to work with and the people he sent to do the work were great! They replace 8 of our windows (in a Old House) and everything about them is top of the line. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and they left everything cleaner then when they started the job. Now we have the most energy efficient, nicest looking windows. Not only does the company do a great job, they will bend over backwards to ensure everything is to your liking. Gary left is summer vacation to check on the work and to make sure we were happy. This a super company and we would highly recommend them!! Two years later and will still love our windows!

Symphony Home Improvement is a very professional company that only installs the very best windows.  They were easy to work with and everything about them is top of the line.  I couldn't be happier with the job they did.  I had a couple of old 1982 windows and now I have two of the industry's most energy efficient, nicest windows.  Not only does the company do a great job, but they will bend over backwards to ensure everything is to your liking.  If something isn't quite right, they will make it right.  I highly recommend them!!

Great job! We love our new windows! The installation crew was quick and neat. Came out on time and when they were finished they left no mess and made sure we understood what they had done and how to clean the new windows.

The whole experience of purchasing a new replacement glass slider went very well. The company's owner, Gary, came to my house, reviewed some possible alternatives at different price points, and gave an excellent overview of what to look for in regard to quality. I chose a door that was made to order, arrived a bit sooner than expected, and was expertly installed. The installer, Artie, found a lot of rot under my existing door, and this necessitated a lot of extra work, which was done with great care and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company if one is in the market for replacement windows or doors.
